By accessing or using SecretReply, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. SecretReply is an anonymous Q&A app that allows you to receive messages privately and reply via WhatsApp when desired.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 13 years old to use SecretReply. If you are under 18, make sure you have your guardians consent.

It is your responsibility to keep your account and password confidential. You are responsible for all activities on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SecretReply legally and ethically. It is prohibited to:

• Send illegal, defamatory, offensive or discriminatory content
• Harass, threaten or intimidate others
• Falsify identity or use the service for fraud
• Exploit anonymity to violate third-party rights
• Use bots, scripts or unauthorized automation
• Bypass technical or security restrictions

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

SecretReply, including design, logos, code and brand, is our property or our licensors. Using the service does not grant you rights to these elements. You retain ownership of content you create (e.g. questions you receive), but grant us a limited license to display, store and process that content as needed to operate the service.

5. Payments and Plans

Some SecretReply features may be offered in paid plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the prices and conditions displayed at the time of purchase. Refund policies are described on the checkout page. We may change prices or plans with notice; significant changes will be communicated by email or in the app.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation

SecretReply is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

As a platform that facilitates anonymous messages, we do not control content sent by third parties. You use the service at your own risk regarding the content you receive.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through profile settings. We may suspend or terminate your account in case of violation of these terms or for other legitimate reasons, with or without notice as applicable.

8. Changes

We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The date of the last change will be indicated at the top of this page. Significant changes may be communicated by email or notice in the app. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
